METHOD OF PREPARATION
Wash and cut vegetables in equal size.
•Mix Semolina, Bengal gram dal powder (besan),curd and chopped veggies in a bowl.
•Add baking soda and spices accordingly.
•Put the batter for steaming.
•Serve hot with sauces.
