Performance Stability Training

This home study course addresses balance, stability and functional performance training incorporating medicine balls, stability balls, foam rollers, resistance tubing, dumbbells, and your imagination. Learn physiological, biomechanical, kinesthetic awareness principles, and practical applications for stability training and athletic performance. Explore assessment, movement quality, training progression, safety cues, and adaptation for specific populations/programs including personal training and group exercise clients.
