This workshop is about creating workouts adopting the HIIT model of training with an increasing or decreasing complexity of exercises in each round. Progressive Pyramids, workshops conduct with following equipment:
Kettlebells, barbells, Dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, medicine balls & steps
