Workshop will include:-

  1. Standing Asanas: forward bend, back bend, side bend, twist, standing balancing,

  2. Seated Asanas: forward bend, back bend, side bend, twist, arm balancing.

  3. Inverted Asanas: head stand, hand stand

  4. Supine Asanas: inverted, twisting.

  5. Prone Asana: back bend, twisting.

  6. : KapalBhati, Full Yogic Breathing, Nadishadhana, Surya and Chandra Anulomaviloma, Surya and Chandra bhadana, shetoli,shitkari and shadanty, Pranayama with khumbhaka, and bandha.

  7. : Chin Mudra, Jhana Mudra, Bhairabi Mudra, Bhairab Mudra, Namaskara Mudra.

  8. : Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha, and Bandha triya.

  9. : IRT, QRT, DRT, short yoga Nidra.

  10. : Om.

 

BASIC CONCEPT: Assessment, Biomechanics, Three Planes.

This workshop is practical 90% and theory 10%.
