Prolonged sedentary job and monotonous work makes the body lose its normal alignment and postural compensations leading to muscular imbalances. These imbalances further contribute to increasing stiffness in the joints, neck, back, and muscle ultimately leading to pain, spasm and overall poor health.
Most people are unaware about their body alignment and end up having a chronic bad posture. The analysis of human posture, i.e. head, pelvis, torso, foot and body sway, has given us tremendous insight into the bodies of our athletes and clients. It helps us understand the cause of the above and allows us to correct the compensations leading to a healthier lifestyle."
