METHOD OF PREPERATION

  • Pressure cook broccoli and mushroom.

  • Chop onion and garlic finely.

  • Grind tomato to form a paste or puree.

  • Add oil to pan and chop garlic and onions.

  • Add corn flour and water by stirring regularly.

  • Add boiled mushroom, spinach and then spices accordingly.

  • Cook till thickens.
