Operations Manager is lifeline of any business whose duty is like a heart in the body, which makes sure every organ's requirement is sufficiently fulfilled as per requirement from time to time
Responsibilities & Code of Conduct:
1. Manage everyday operations at PowerFit in most efficient way as possible.
2. Making sure that gym meets its set minimum business target every month and is on regular growth during on and off season.
3. Working to make sure a disciplined and organised environment in the gym
4. Making sure all operations related to gym are completed on time. (Gym Servicing through coaches and through technician, Payment Deposits in Bank, coordination with house keeping (cleaning) staff to make sure everything is perfectly clean and the work is done on time, making sure all cleaning material is re purchased on time, creating list of new equipment requirements, keeping the inventory of accessories and supplements stocked all the time, placing order and pick up of accessories & supplements, meeting new vendors to get better deals, tracking bills and expenses)
5. Keeping watch on competition in our area and keeping note of their pricing structure and service offerings.
6. Keeping the Fitraq CRM record updated all the time with current record of members (including member photos and entering all inquiries as received)
7. Managing all the staff members of PowerFit Coordinating their timings and personally making sure gym is always open right on time.
8. Learn to have effective and hard negotiation skill while taking admission.
9. Making and maintaining good trainer and client relationship.
10. Making sure all trainers feel comfortable with each other and have sufficient coordination without favoring one trainer over other by keeping a professional and business mindset.
11. Giving enough space to trainer to work freely and creatively at his will but also making sure that they do not go beyond PowerFit's set guidelines.
12. Guide trainer where and when required for technical problems or better efficiency.
13. Make sure more than 85% inquiries convert into a gym member.
14. Make sure 90% of clients are retained in the gym and does not leave when their package is over.
15. Work on client feedback and guide trainer accordingly.
16. Timely collection of Overdue and Partial Payments, follow the member on phone calls where and when required.
17. Developing the business around Corporate Wellness Program (To be discussed in detail later)
18. Acting as trainer when and where required.
19. Making sure that all other trainers are employed efficiently and are working as per set guidelines.

Trainer is the driving force around which the complete business of PowerFit Revolves.
( a) Customer first! it is our trainer's prime responsibility that customer feels that he is given proper attention by trainer.
b) Trainer must come on time and should not leave until his last client finishes his/her workout completely. (This rule has to be strictly followed, even if it requires to staying some more time at work)
c) Trainers are not authorized to sell supplements and accessories outside of gym's knowledge. Trainer has to suggest Supplements through gym Only.
d) It is for trainer to understand, once a customer pays his/her fees. You must satisfy client at any cost. Unsatisfied client equals a bad coach. Client doesn't follow diet, client doesn't come regularly, he doesn't have enough strength, he is not motivated enough. All of the above statements are and will be considered excuse on trainer's part. All of the above problem arise due to bad trainer client rapport which a trainer has to handle at any cost. Unsatisfied client will be considered a negative remark in trainer's feedback and his overall profile.
e) Gym is like any other service industry (Restaurant, hotel) all gym staff must always be available for clients first. (Client before self) keeping this philosophy in mind, we must make sure our workout timings should always be in non peak or non working hours.
f) Keeping client's safety in mind, enforce rule of no glove, no towel & no supporter equals no workout.
g) Everything you suggest to client should be scientifically proven backed by studies.
h) Keep your personal hygiene always in mind, you should be properly groomed
