This creative fitness play course is packed with programming ideas, circle and group games, drills and exercises, cooperative team games, individual skill development and partner play using favorite fitness toys, parachutes and balls. Mindy shares her teaching skills and strategies to instill the joy of physical exercise in your students. Appropriate for kids aged 5 to 12. Equipment not included.

Outline safety tips for teaching games to children using lines, circles, partners, parachutes, and balls.

Speed Training For Young:
Join Todd Durkin, 2005 ACE and 2004 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, as he shares with you the skills and drills he uses to take his young athletes to the next level of training and performance. Todd starts you with the basic sport and conditioning movements and then progresses to more complex patterns to achieve success. He’ll give you 60 new exercises and drills for improving strength, balance, joint integrity, core strength, speed, agility, quickness, power and flexibility. This program is designed for ages 7 to the recreational and competitive adult athlete.

Inform, educate, and motivate young athletes to new levels in their sport training.

Instruct young athletes of all ages and levels in more than 60 drills and exercises.

Explain how drills improve strength, speed, agility, quickness and power.
