Explosive Power:

You need power to be a great athlete and this course delivers 25 explosive drills to improve speed and power through plyometrics. Whether your athlete wants to improve his or her vertical jump, 40-yard dash time, first step quickness or overall strength and speed for sports performance, Todd gives you the tools top build power in your athletes! Course Objective:
