Functional Fitness Trainer:
Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. These exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them with an overall goal of functional independence at home, work or in sports. It focuses on improving movement patterns, quality of movement and core stability with a wide variety of exercises and programs.
Students will learn:
Functional fitness exercises can be done at home or at the gym. Exercise tools like fitness balls, kettle bells, weights etc are often used in functional fitness workouts.
Learn the basic Functional training exercises and their importance in this 6 hour day workshop.
