4) Learning about Equipment and Proper Use
5) Principles of Cardiovascular Conditioning & Use of Equipment
6) Safety and Fundamentals in the Weight Room
Scope of Practice
Foundational lifting course is certified to:

Lead a safe and effective exercise session by providing effective and appropriate exercises in order to meet the needs of participants.

Provide weight room monitoring and equipment orientation.

Incorporate the use of appropriate equipment based on identified or implied needs of the participants
-
Lead participants that are apparently healthy.

1) 14 Hours Training
2) Handouts will be provided
