3) Exercises for Flexibility 

4) Learning about Equipment and Proper Use

5) Principles of Cardiovascular Conditioning & Use of Equipment

6) Safety and Fundamentals in the Weight Room

Scope of Practice

Foundational lifting course is certified to:

  • Lead a safe and effective exercise session by providing effective and appropriate exercises in order to meet the needs of participants.

  • Provide weight room monitoring and equipment orientation.

  • Incorporate the use of appropriate equipment based on identified or implied needs of the participants

  • Lead participants that are apparently healthy.

Workshop Include:
1) 14 Hours Training
2) Handouts will be provided
3) Certificate will be provided for each participant
