FITNESS KICK BOXING WORKSHOP:
This is a skill and application based course, theory is minimal.
Students will learn:

The correct techniques for various kicks & punches such as jab hook, kicks, kicks bob+ weave etc.

Safe & effective combinations to create a training effect for improved stamina & Flexibility.

Incorporating kickboxing moves into various types of workouts

Injury prevention in kickboxing, creating secure moves.
