FITNESS KICK BOXING WORKSHOP:

 This is a skill and application based course, theory is minimal.

Students will learn:

  •  The correct techniques for various kicks & punches such as jab hook, kicks, kicks bob+ weave etc.

  • Ample practice for perfect execution.

  • Safe & effective combinations to create a training effect for improved stamina & Flexibility.

  • Incorporating kickboxing moves into various types of workouts

  •  Injury prevention in kickboxing, creating secure moves.

  • Teaching & motivational techniques to optimize the clients' experience

 

The 2 Days course includes: 

  • An easy to follow manual 

  • 12 hours of learning & practice

  • A post course evaluation

  • Extra practice on request

  • Expert recommended kickboxing kit available on request
