Orthopedic Exercise specialist

This is designed for a wide range of professional from those within the fitness industry to athletic trainers, fitness trainers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and counselor. It gives a better understanding of the structure and function of major joints, common musculoskeletal conditions and general treatment for all orthopedic clients like Knee arthritis, Frozen shoulder, spondylosis, Tennis elbow, weight related knee and low back pain etc. Upon completion you will be able to address the condition and impart full movement patterns and muscular strength.

Pre natal exercises (Pregnancy Exercise workshop)
 

• Learn Physiological Changes happening all over the pregnancy period

• Indication, Contraindication and precautions for exercise

• Practical approach to exercise (Learn about various exercises to be incorporated according to different trimester)
   

Fitness and Menopause

This workshop explains you the physiology of menopause and details the 4 stages in a women s reproductive lifecycle – premenopausal, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. The influence of lifestyle choices and exercise programming will be taught as they relate to the accompanying symptoms of menopause.
