ACE POSTURAL SCREENING & COMMON MISALIGNMENTS

All fitness professionals must screen their clients for postural misalignment & muscular imbalances which can reduce movement efficiency & increase risk for injury.  Learn what to look out for in the stationary & moving client & the choice of exercises  to correct it.

ACE STABILITY & MOBILITY PRACTICAL

"Straighten before you strengthen" is the new fitness mantra. Movement is carried out through series of joints known as kinetic chains. Understand kinetic chains in the body and how to train them efficiently with appropriate exercises & their progressions.
