This is a vegan high protein salad great for fat loss
Ingredients :
Tofu =200 G
Leafy greens (spinach/ kale etc )=100 G
Cucumber, tomato, cabbage=1 cup
Salt, pepper to taste
Protein=30 G
Carbohydrates= 15 G
Fats= 7 G fat
Directions :
Chop tofu into medium size pieces
Chop cucumber, tomato and cabbage into small slices
Roughly chop leafy greens
Take a non stick frying pan
Optional (add 1 tbs of cooking oil and spread evenly)
Sauté tofu until light brown or until edges become hard
Take a large bowl
Add leafy greens, cucumber, tomato, cabbage ,pepper ,salt and mix properly
Place tofu over the salad
serve
