Tofu Salad

This is a vegan high protein salad great for fat loss



Ingredients :

  • Tofu =200 G

  • Leafy greens (spinach/ kale etc )=100 G

  • Cucumber, tomato, cabbage=1 cup

  • Salt, pepper to taste

  • Protein=30 G

  • Carbohydrates= 15 G

  • Fats= 7 G fat



Directions :

  • Chop tofu into medium size pieces

  • Chop cucumber, tomato and cabbage into small slices

  • Roughly chop leafy greens

  • Take a non stick frying pan

  • Optional (add 1 tbs of cooking oil and spread evenly)

  • Sauté tofu until light brown or until edges become hard

  • Take a large bowl

  • Add leafy greens, cucumber, tomato, cabbage ,pepper ,salt and mix properly

  • Place tofu over the salad

  • serve
